Green Square, one of Australia’s biggest urban renewal projects, which sits 3.5 kilometres south of the Sydney CBD and four kilometres from the airport and is set to have among the highest population densities per square kilometre in the world.
Working with Mirvac, we developed a place strategy to help reposition Green Square as the precinct commenced its new phase of activation and development. The strategy positioned the precinct and provided a framework for activation of the site over a five year period.

OUTCOME
Green Square continues to evolve as a precinct but is using activation and place as the core pillar in future decision making. The strategy has helped guide the projects evolution as it continues on its journey towards becoming one of Sydney's most destinational precincts.
