Lancaster Restaurant

Lancaster is Aveo's premium restaurant located in the brand-new signature community, Aveo Newstead. Aveo approached The Place Agency with a request to create a brand that spoke to the premium culinary service the restaurant would offer, whilst also being reflective of the Signature brand that Aveo was building across its portfolio.
