Working collaboratively with Hamton and their joint venture partners, we identified and developed the unique vision and positioning for the landmark Moonee Valley Racecourse redevelopment. This vision contributed to the client being successfully awarded the project. From there we designed a Place Strategy that communicated this opportunity to project stakeholders and partners, allowing for a unified vision and objective for the project.
