The transformation of Newcastle’s 50 hectare waterfront into a vibrant mixed use precinct is a multi-decade project now in its final stretch. The Place Agency have been engaged and are currently working with the Hunter and Central Coast Development Corporation (HCCDC) to help realise their aspirations for Honeysuckle as a vital and activated precinct that sets the standard for future urban renewal in regional New South Wales. Focusing on the city’s heritage station building, we have supported the positioning, marketing, leasing, and ongoing activation of this landmark asset.
