Wesley Place on Melbourne's Lonsdale Street, was Charter Halls flagship development signalling a new level of commercial office and public space quality. The building was designed to coexist with the Wesley Church, which has been located on the site since 1858. The Place Agency were engaged during the design phase to design a Place Activation Strategy that would ensure the building attracts the best quality of tenant, whilst also acknowledging its neighbours and historical past.

Wesley Place since completion, towers over Lonsdale Street as one of the finest examples of commercial office precincts in Melbourne. Despite being significantly impacted by COVID, the building continues to open in a staged way and will soon be one of Melbourne's most destinational business addresses.
