Aperol, a global beverage brand looking to cement its place in the Australian market, challenged us to create the coolest bar in Melbourne for Summer. In response, we custom-built a pop-up bar and dining area on the banks of the Yarra to rival Melbourne's renowned floating bar experiences. But it was more than just drinks and good food; we created a merchandising opportunity to ensure that everyone in town knew that the Aperol Bar at Southbank was the place to be for the Summer months.
